What this site cannot help with
- Disputes with an operator. Nairobi Ultimate is not a gambling company, holds no player accounts and handles no money. Take the matter to the operator's customer care centre; unresolved complaints go to the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya.

- Advertising and partnerships. The site carries no advertising for gambling and does not accept paid placement.
- Tips or predictions. None are given, to anyone.
