Privacy notice
The pages of this site are plain files. They ask you for nothing, and they load nothing from other companies.
What the pages do not do
- No registration, login, comment box, newsletter or contact form.
- No advertising tags, tracking pixels or social media widgets.
- No fonts or images fetched from third-party servers. The only outside script is the analytics tag described below.
- No cookies unless you allow analytics cookies.
- No request for your age, name, phone number or M-PESA details. The site takes no payments.
The one measuring instrument: Google Analytics
The site runs Google Analytics 4 to count page views. It is fitted with a consent switch, shown as a bar at the bottom of the screen until you choose.
Switch off (the default, and the Decline button). Nothing is written to your device for analytics. Each page view is reported to Google as a cookieless signal carrying the page address, the time and what your browser says about itself and your device.
Switch on (Allow analytics cookies). Google Analytics writes first-party cookies named _ga and _ga followed by an identifier, which let it recognise a returning browser.
In both positions the tag's advertising storage and ad personalisation settings stay denied. Your choice is held in the browser's local storage, and you can move the switch again here. What Google receives is covered by Google's privacy policy.
What is still processed
Delivering any web page involves technical data. The servers and delivery network that carry nairobiultimate.com receive your IP address, the address of the page requested, the time, and the browser and device type your software reports. This is used to deliver pages, keep the service stable and block abuse.
Search engines and their tools may give the publisher aggregate figures, such as which search phrases led to a page. Those figures do not identify individual readers.
If you write to the site
If you send a message through the channel on the contact page, your email address and what you write are used to deal with that message. They are not added to any mailing list and are not passed to gambling operators.
Links to other websites
Guides link to official documents, mainly on the website of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya. Once you follow a link, that website's own privacy practices apply.
Your rights
Kenya's Data Protection Act (Cap. 411C) gives people rights over personal data held about them, including access, correction and deletion. Because the site holds almost nothing about its readers, these rights will mostly concern messages you have sent. Requests go through the contact channel.
The identity of the publishing legal entity has not been published yet, as the contact page states. When it is, this notice will name the data controller.
Changes
Analytics was fitted on 2026-10-04 and this notice was rewritten in the same release. If a contact form or any other data-collecting feature is added, this notice will be rewritten first and its date will change. Related conditions of use are in the terms.
