By reading this site you accept the conditions below. They are short because the site does one thing: it publishes explanations.
1. Adults only
The site is intended for people aged 18+. If you are under 18, do not use it.
2. What the site is
Nairobi Ultimate publishes general information about how casino and crash games work and about the Kenyan rules that apply to them. It is not a gambling operator. It accepts no stakes, holds no deposits, pays no winnings and runs no games.
3. Not advice
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax or gambling advice. Summaries of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 and its regulations are provided for understanding; the official text published by the regulator prevails over any summary here.
Worked examples are illustrations of arithmetic. They are not forecasts of what any person will win or lose.
4. No encouragement to gamble
The site does not invite anyone to gamble and does not recommend any operator, game or stake. A decision to gamble is yours alone, and so is its cost. Help is listed on the responsible gambling page.
5. Accuracy
Care is taken to quote sources correctly and to date each page, but laws change and mistakes happen. The site is provided as it is, without a guarantee that every statement is complete or current. Errors can be reported as described on the corrections page.
